counsel for the State.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and
keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are in-laws, it is directed that in the event o
f arrest of the petitioners in Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.37 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case
No.363 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri, they shall be released on bail
by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just
and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
