Considering the materials available on record and keeping in view the fact that the pet
itioners are the in-laws, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Pat
tamundai P.S. Case No.28 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No.28 of 2016, pending in the Cou
rt of the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamdundai, they shall be released on bail by the arresting offi
cer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
