Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Buden P.S. Case No.19 of 2016, co
rresponding to G.R. Case No.137 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Padampur, h
e shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arres
ting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
