2. Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/
366-A/376/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act in Special Case No.105/2015
arising out of G.R. Case No.1402/2015 of the court of learned District and Sessions Judge-cum
-Special Judge, Bhadrak in connection with Bhadrak(R) P.S. Case No.433(35)/2015. The earlier b
ail application of the petitioner being ABLAPL No.11134/2015 has been rejected by this Court o
n 30.9.2015.
3. Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and in absence of any change circumstance, th
is Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Accordingly,
application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected being devoid of any merit.
Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
