The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 354, 294, 323 and 506 of the IPC in C.T. Case No.100 of 2015 of the court of learned S.D
.J.M., Bhawanipatna, arising out of Bhawanipatna Sadar P.S. Case No.33 of 2015. In the meantim
e charge sheet has been submitted.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the l
earned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna within 21 working days in connection with the aforesaid case and
apply for bail. On such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as d
eemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate.
It is further directed that on the event the petitioner is arrested in the meantime, t
he Arresting Officer shall produce him before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna within 24 hou
rs and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
