19.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Couns
el for the State.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 498-A, 307, 313 and 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibitio
n Act in G.R. Case No.324 of 2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar, arising out of
Dhusuri P.S. Case No.154 of 2015.

 Though the FIR has been lodged for the offence under Sections 498-A, 307, 313
and 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, charge sheet has been
submitted after completion of investigation for the offence under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506/
34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioner.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, maximum sentence prescribed for t
he offence alleged and the fact that the petitioner is permanent resident of village Deulidihi
, PS-Dhusuri, Dist-Bhadrak and there is no chance of his absconding from justice, application
for anticipatory bail is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the lear
ned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar within 21 working days in connection with the aforesaid case and apply
 for bail. On such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed
just and proper by the learned Magistrate.

 It is further directed that on the event the petitioner is arrested in the mea
ntime, the Arresting Officer shall produce him before the learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar within 2
4 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .
