ng Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 294, 420 and 506 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.312 of 2015 of the court of learned J
.M.F.C., Chandabali, arising out of Chandabali P.S. Case No.133 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations, this Court is inclined to grant ant
icipatory bail to the petitioner on certain condition. Hence, the ABLAPL is allowed. Let the p
etitioner surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandabali in the aforesaid case within 30 wo
rking days and pray for bail. On such event, his application shall be allowed on such terms an
d conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. Additionally, he is directed
to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand), without prejudice, within thir
ty days hence. The aforesaid amount shall be kept in a Nationalized Bank and the same shall be
subject to the result of criminal case.
If he is arrested by the police in the meantime, he shall be produced before t
he learned Magistrate within 24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as direc
ted above. However, the petitioner shall deposit the aforesaid amount within 30 days from toda
y.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
