ed commission of offence under sections 457/380/ 427/506/34 IPC pending in the court of learne
d J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar have filed this application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant
of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand
ing Counsel. Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of acc
usations and other surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impedime
nt, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court below within f
ifteen days hence in the above case, they be released on bail with such terms and conditions a
s would be deemed just and proper by the court in seisin of the case with further conditions t
hat they will not indulge in any criminal activity; and will not terrorize or threaten the pro
secution witnesses in any manner and will cooperate with the investigation as and when requir
ed .
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
