25.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No.1089 of 2016 on the file of learne
d S.D.J.M., Kendrapara registered under Sections 294/323/341/307/506, IPC.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he along with informant group hails
from one common ancestor and the alleged occurrence took place due to some family dispute and
it is further submitted that the allegations as made in the F.I.R, do not make out an offence
under Section 307,IPC prima- facie.
Considering the submissions and the materials available on record, it is dir
ected that the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in the aforesai
d case, shall be released on bail on executing bond of Rs.15,000/-( rupees fifteen thousand) w
ith one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said Court with the conditions
that he shall not involve himself in any act of the alleged type and shall appear before the
Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
