Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has approached this Court with the limited grievance that though she has
made a representation under Annexure-8 with regard to release of salary components with effec
t from her eligibility in accordance with the Grant-in-aid Order, 1994 and keeping in view the
ratio of the judgment decided by this Court in Prafulla Kumar Sahoo v. State of Orissa and ot
hers, 2003(I) OLR 91 and Chitaranjan Mohapatra and others v. State of Orissa and others in W.P
.(C) No.2617 of 2005 decided on 12.1.2011, no decision has yet been taken by the authorities.
In view of the aforesaid limited nature of grievance, without expressing any opinion on
the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to opposite
party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner as at Annexure-8
within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order keeping in view t
he ratio of the judgments passed by this Court in the aforesaid cases referred to supra.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.2 shall be filed within
a week.
