 Heard Mr. B. Jena learned counsel for the petitioner.

 By filing this writ petition the petitioner has sought for commanding the opposite par
ties to send her answer scripts to the Question Analysis Committee by the Board of Secondary E
ducation Odisha and further communication of the same to her.

 The limited grievance of the petitioner is for a direction to the opposite parties 1 a
nd 2 to re-examine the answer scripts of the petitioner and consequently correcting the final
marks awarded in her favour.

 Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner this Court considers not to issue n
otice to the opposite parties and dispose of the matter finally directing opposite party no.1
to place the answer scripts of the petitioner in respect of the prayer sought in the writ peti
tion before the Question Analysis Committee for its decision in the matter within a period of
two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce
a certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition with all its annexures bef
ore the opposite party no.1 who shall act upon the same within the time stipulated
 With the above observation and direction the writ petition is disposed of.
 Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
