 Heard Mr. J. Dash learned counsel for the petitioner.

 The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to the opposite
 parties to pay him the ex-gratia assistance as per the declaration of the Central Government
as well as State Government keeping in view the letter dated 24.09.2004 of the Office of the H
onble Prime Minister for the death of his sister Arati Kar @ Laxmi in the impact of Super Cycl
one 1999.

 In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the gr
ievance the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-6
and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.

 In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner without expressing any opin
ion on the merits of the case this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite part
y no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order
within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
 Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.2 shall be filed within
a week.
