Ms. Deepali Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has rendered service under the opposite parties w.e.f.1990 till date on temporary basis, but d ue to non-sanctioning of the post by the Government his services has not been regularized. It is stated that though efforts have been made from the side of the university authority by reco mmending his name vide letters dated 18.10.2011, 21.11.2011, 27.09.2013, 10.06.2013 and 12.08 .2015 vide Annexures-4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 respectively, no action has been taken by the State till date. There are 63 nos. of vacancies are available, but due to apathetic attitude of the auth ority neither the posts have been sanctioned nor his services has been regularized. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate states that since correspondences have been made by the university authorities to the State Government, let the State Authority consi der the recommendation made vide Annexures-4,5,6,7 and 9 with regard to regularization of serv ices of the petitioner along with others and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petit ion is disposed of directing the State Authority to consider the recommendation made by the un iversity authority vide Annexures-4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 and pass appropriate order by sanctioning t he posts and regularize the services of the petitioner taking into consideration that he is co ntinuing in service w.e.f. 1990 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferabl y within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
