Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the opposite parties
to grant the benefits of revised U.G.C. scale of pay to him along with arrear differential sa
lary from the date he is entitled within a stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is of the petitioner is covere
d by the judgment of this Court in State of Orissa v. Mamata Mohanty, 2011 (3) SCC 436.
In view of the aforesaid submission, opposite parties 1 and 2 are directed to consider
the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of this Court in Mamata Mohanty(supra)
within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party nos. 1 and 2 shall be file
d within a week.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules.
