It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 28.07.2015 passe
d in W.P.(C) No. 19805 of 2014 has not yet been complied with. If the order has not been compl
ied with, let the opposite party comply with the same within a period of two months from the d
ate of communication of this order.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
Requisites for communication of this order to the opposite party shall be filed within a
week.
