Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner.
One extra copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. S. Nayak, learned counsel who usua
lly appears on behalf of Shree Jagannath Sanskrit Viswa Vidyalaya, Puri.
The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to opposite party no.4 to
accept the student list of his institution along with challan for appearance of Upashastri Ex
amination, 2016 in alternative seeking for a direction to opposite party no.3 to take a decisi
on on pending representation under Annexure-6 series within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
grievance, the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure
-6 series and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arty no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexures-6 series and pass appropr
iate order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.3 shall be filed withi
n a week.
