2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 06.12.
2004 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Puri in Election Misc. Case No.5 of
2002 rejecting the application filed to set aside the ex parte order dated 16.7.2002.
3. In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of ti
me this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. The interim or
der dated 03.1.2005 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.13553 of 2004 stands vacated.
