Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Since parties are common in all the three applications and arise out of one pr
oceeding they are heard together and disposed of by this common order.
Petitioner has filed the aforesaid three applications under Section 482 Cr.P.C
. to quash the orders dated 20.1.2014, 18.9.2014 and 20.2.2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M.,
Champua in C.M.C. Nos. 73 of 2013, 65 of 2014 as well as 12 of 2014 issuing D.W.A. as well a
s conditional N.B.W./A against the petitioner for realization of arrear maintenance.
Perused the case record.
It is stated by the petitioner on affidavit that he is ready and willing to de
posit 50% of the arrear maintenance amount before the court below.
Considering the above this Court disposes the cases with an observation that i
n case the petitioner deposits 50% of the arrear maintenance amount before the court below on
or before 31st October, 2015 in such event D.W.A. as well as conditional N.B.W./A issued again
st the petitioner shall remain stayed.
