Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order dated 9.10.2015 in ad
vertently in place of S.T. Case No. 65 of 2012 it has been mentioned as S.T. Case No. 65 of 20
15. This being an inadvertent mistake the same is corrected to the above extent. The time for
surrender of the petitioner before the court below is extended on or before 29th December, 201
5. The rest part of the order dated 9.10.2015 shall remain unaltered.
