 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. quashing the order
 dated 13.12.2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna in C.T. Case No.740 of 2014. Th
e alleged offences are under Sections 420 of I.P.C read with Sections 4 and 5 of PCMCS Banning
 Act against the petitioner.

 On perusal of the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to quash t
he proceeding. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawan
ipatna in C.T. Case No.740 of 2014, in such event, his application shall be considered in acco
rdance with law.

 The Criminal Misc. Case is disposed of.
