24.8.2015 None appears on behalf of the parties as per the resolution passed by the Oris
sa High Court Bar Association to abstain from Court work.
This is the writ petition in violation of the selection of Anganwadi Worker. From the
averments made in the writ petition at paragraph-9, it has revealed that Misc. Appeal No.1 of
2015 is pending before the Sub-Collector, Jajpur.
In view thereof, the opposite party no.2- the Sub-Collector is directed to pass final
order if not passed in Misc. Appeal No.1 of 2015 within four weeks from the date of presentati
on of certified copy of this order which shall be presented by the petitioner.
With such direction and observation made hereinabove, the writ petition is disposed of
.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merit of the claim of the pe
titioner.
