5. 22.8.2015 This matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.
It has been submitted by Mr.A.K.Sahu, Chief Manager,Regional Office,Syndicate
Bank that the dispute has already been settled with the petitioner- Sudhansu Bhusan Baral and
he has further submitted that total amount settled at Rs.6.50 lakhs out of which petitioner ha
s already been paid Rs.4.00 lakhs and balance will be paid.
On such submission, nothing survives in the writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismsissed.
