sa High Court Bar Association to abstain from Court work.

 The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of direction upon the opposite p
arties to pay/release/ disburse the arrear salary components of Rs.73,140/- to the petitioner
relating to the back period from November, 1991 to May, 1994 in terms of Annexure-2.
 Without going into the merits of this case, the writ petition is disposed of giving li
berty to the petitioner to approach before the opposite party no.5- the Inspector of Schools,
Khurda ventilating her grievance with all details of their claim within three weeks from the d
ate of receipt of certified copy of this order. The opposite party no.5 shall take decision in
 accordance with law and shall pass reasoned order preferably within period 8 weeks from the d
ate of receipt of representation.

 If the authority will come to the conclusion that the petitioner is entitled to get th
e monetary benefit, same shall be released in favour of the petitioner within further period o
f four weeks from the date of such decision.
 However, if it is found that the petitioner is not entitled to get the monetary benefi
t, same shall be communicated to the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within the period
aforesaid.
