07.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
 This petition has been filed assailing the order of the learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar i
ssuing the N.B.W against the petitioners in G.R. Case No.1399 of 2011 (5/14) after submission
of charge sheet under Sections 147/148/323/294/427/337/307/153-A/149, I.P.C. showing the peti
tioners as absconders.

 It is submitted that the case has been registered in the year 2011 against a number of
 accused persons since there was a disturbance between the two groups and that some of the acc
used persons have been granted with anticipatory bail and some of the accused persons in respe
ct of whom N.B.W has been issued who were directed to surrender before the court below and to
go on bail. Charge sheet was submitted in the year 2013.

 Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners on
surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar in the aforesaid case within fortnight hence
shall be released on bail of Rs.15,000/- ( rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety fo
r the like amount to the satisfaction of the said Court.
