04.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No. 900 of 2015 pending on the file o
f learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar registered under Sections 498-A/506/34, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite several attempts the matter
could not be settled between the parties since the informant-wife is still insisting that t
he petitioner should stay with her at her parents house.
Considering the submissions and allegations as made in the F.I.R., it is directed that
the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar in the aforesaid case, shal
l be released on bail on executing bond of Rs.15,000/- ( rupees fifteen thousand) with one su
rety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said Court with the condition that he shal
l appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigatio
n.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
