Perused the record which reveals that petitioners have already sent a copy of

with A.D. as provided under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the above this Court disposes of the CRLMP with a direction to opp
osite party No.1-Superintendnent of Police (Rural), Cuttack to take action in accordance with
the law and consequential step shall be taken on production of the certified copy of this orde
r.
