State.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.420 of 201
4 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kodala registered under Sections 147/148/450/323/325/326/ 3
02/149, I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that charge sheet
has already been submitted keeping the investigation open and since the name of the petitioner
s appear in the statement of some of the witnesses, they apprehend arrest in the present case.
It is also submitted that some co-accused persons have already been released on bail by order
of this Court.
Considering the alleged nature of offences, I am not inclined
to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the learne
d courts below and moving application for bail, the learned courts below would do well to disp
ose of the same in course of the day keeping in view the parity, if any, of the present petiti
oners with the co-accused persons said to have been released on bail.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
