It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitione

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is direc
ted that the petitioner on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai in G.R. Case No.
126 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) w
ith one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition th
at she shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of i
nvestigation.
