It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the only material available during inv
estigation is that one vehicle stood registered in the name of petitioner no.1 and that the pe
titioner no.2 has not been named in the F.I.R.
Learned counsel for the Vigilance Department submits that none of the petitioners has be
en named in the F.I.R. and no case has been instituted against them.
Considering the circumstances, the present bail application of the petitioners has becom
e infructuous. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed as infructuous.
