This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.382 of 2015 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.,
Chandikhole registered under Sections 341/354/324/ 506/34, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a counter case on the same oc
currence and as per the Injury Report, the alleged injuries sustained by the victim are simple
in nature.
Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners on su
rrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in G.R. Case No. 382 of 2015 shall be release
d on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one surety for the l
ike amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall appear bef
ore the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
