20.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. No.141 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Banki
registered under Sections 294/323/326/307/506, I.P.C.
 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to personal dispute, assault and co
unter assault has taken place between the parties.
 Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner on sur
render before the learned S.D.J.M., Banki in G.R. No.141 2015 shall be released on bail by exe
cuting bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the like amount to the sat
isfaction of the said court with the condition that he shall appear before the Investigating O
fficer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
