13.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.1249 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M
., Bhubaneswar registered under Section 429, I.P.C.
 It has been alleged that although the informant along with others got admitted in some c
ourse at the behest of the petitioner, no certificates were issued after completion of course.
 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the provisional certificates
have already been issued but the final certificates has not yet been received from concerned u
niversity.

 As directed, the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer, as submitted
by leaned counsel for the State.

 Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.1249 of 2015
shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the said c
ourt.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
