13.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

 The petitioners are accused in G.R.Case No. 777 of 2015 pending on the file of
 learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole registered under Sections 341 / 323 / 354 /379/427/34,I.P.C..
 It is submitted and placed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in
 the meantime the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in presence of the vill
age gentries. One affidavit filed by the informant and another document carrying signatures of
 the villagers, are placed before the Court.

 Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petiti
oners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in the aforesaid case, shall be re
leased on bail on executing bond of Rs.10,000/-( rupees ten thousand) each with one surety fo
r the like amount to the satisfaction of the said Court.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
