09.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.178 of 2015 on the file of learned Niyadhika
ri J.M.F.C., Rajnagar registered under Sections 147/ 148/294/323/427/506/292/295-A/149, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the alleged occurrence related to some
worshiping in the temple and that due to political rivalry, F.I.R. was lodged against a numbe
r of persons.
Considering the submissions and the materials on record, it is directed that the petitio
ners on surrender before the learned Niyadhikari J.M.F.C., Rajnagar in G.R. Case No.178 of 201
5 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with on
e surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the conditions that th
ey shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of inves
tigation and shall not involve themselves in any act of the alleged type.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
