Vide order dated 20.02.2026, respondents no. 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10 and 12 were granted opportunity to file their responses within four weeks.

Mr. Padmesh Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.1 to 5, 9,

10 and 13 makes statement that respondents no. 1 to 3, 5, 9 and 10 adopt the affidavits filed by respondents no.4 and 13.

Learned counsel for respondent no.12 seeks short adjournment for filing its response which is allowed and the same may be filed at least one day before the next date of hearing fixed.

I.A. No.112/2025/EZ has been filed for ad interim injunctive relief for stopping of mining operation of Aruha Stone Quarry.

I.A. No.02/2026/EZ has been filed for directing respondent no.13 to furnish the total volumetric assessment of the quarry No. 2/5 and 2/3 from the date of grant of Environmental Clearance to till today indicating details of overburden and top soil existing at the quarry site, violations of Mining Plan, Lease Conditions and EC conditions.

I.A. No.03/2026/EZ has been filed with prayer for impleadment of Odisha Space Applications Centre (ORSAC) as respondent no.17. 8. Learned counsel for respondents have no objection if I.A. No. 03/2026/EZ is allowed.

In view of the reasons mentioned and also no objection, I.A. No.03/2026/EZ is allowed and Odisha Space Applications Centre (ORSAC) is impleaded as respondent no.17.

The applicant is directed to file amended memo of parties.

The Registry is directed to issue notice to respondent no.17 requiring respondent no.17 to file its report in connection with letter dated 18.02.2025 and 24.03.2025 specifically mentioning therein the total excavation/volumetric assessment of the quarries from date of grant of Environmental Clearance/ execution of lease deed till the date of filing of response.

Replies to I.A. No.112/2025/EZ and I.A. No. 02/2026/EZ may be filed by the respondents at least one day before the next date of hearing fixed.
