The issues raised in this application is raising construction in violation of environmental rules and when the action was initiated by the administration, then being affected by the action applicant of I.A. No.100/2026/EZ and I.A. No.104/2026/EZ moved an application for impleadment as the parties.

Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant of I.As. are that by executing the order, the applicant are being affected thus are proper and necessary parties.

No objections has been raised by the opposite parties.

Accordingly, the application for impleadment of the parties of I.A. No.100/2026/EZ and I.A. No.104/2026/EZ is allowed.

Necessary steps be taken immediately within seven days.

The applicant is directed to serve the copy of the application and necessary documents to the newly added parties and the newly added parties may file the reply within two weeks.

I.A. No.102/2026/EZ and I.A. No.105/2026/EZ is for passing an interim order. Copy of the same be provided to the opposite parties, who may, in turn, file the objection within two weeks.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the I.As. that the copy has been served to the opposite parties. Objection, if any, may be filed within two weeks.
