ORDER
I.A. No.102 of 2026(SZ):
1. There is no serious objection for condoning the delay from the SEIAA – Tamil Nadu. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application and having been satisfied with the same, the delay of 35 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
2. Accordingly, the delay condonation application [I.A. No.102 of 2026(SZ)] is allowed.
3. However, considering the days of delay, it would be appropriate to impose a cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) on the Applicant/Appellant payable to the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone) Regular Practitioner’s Association within a period of 2 (two) weeks from the date of uploading of the order.
Appeal No.36 of 2026 (SZ):
4. In Appeal, let notice be issued to the respondents through the Tribunal as well as privately.
5. Mr. S. Sai SathyaJith, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1& 2 and Mr. J. Pradeep, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.3.
