As per our previous order dated 04.03.2025, learned counsel for the applicants has filed I.A. No.182/2025 (WZ) with the prayer to allow him to carry out the necessary amendments by adding Respondent No.14- ‘A’ EKA Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd.; Respondent No.15- ‘E’ EKA CoOperative Housing Society Ltd.; Respondent No.16- ‘S’ EKA Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd.; and Respondent No.17- ‘T’ EKA Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. in the array of parties of the present Original Application.

Since above I.A. has been moved by the applicant as per our previous order dated 04.03.2025, we allow this I.A. and direct learned counsel for the applicants to place on record an amended memo of parties.

In compliance with our previous order dated 04.03.2025, Registry has also issued notices to the newly impleaded Respondents i.e. Respondent Nos.14 to 17.

Today, from the side of Respondent No.17- ‘T’ EKA Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd., learned counsel Mr. Shivshankar Swaminathan has appeared and prays for four weeks’ time to be allowed to file reply affidavit in this matter. We grant him the said time.

None has appeared from the side of Respondent Nos.14 to 16 despite sufficient service. Although learned counsel for Respondent No.17 submits that he will seek instructions from these Respondents as to whether he would be representing these Respondents or not?

We may make it clear here to Respondent Nos.14 to 16 that if on the next date, no body appears to represent these Respondents, we will proceed against them ex-parte .
