This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Applicant Mr. Shivaji Patel stating that his father Mr. Fakir Mohan Patel who was the Applicant of the Original Application No.140/2024/EZ, has expired and that his name may be substituted as Applicant being son and legal heir of Late Fakir Mohan Patel. Learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection.

The I.A. No.57/2025/EZ is allowed. Let necessary corrections be carried out in course of the day and Mr. Shivaji Patel be substituted as the Applicant in place of Fakir Mohan Patel.

Pleadings are otherwise complete. We direct that the matter may be listed for hearing again on 15.09.2025.

Mr. Sanjay Rath, learned Additional Government Advocate informs that now Mr. Saswata Das, learned Additional Government Advocate will be appearing on behalf of the State Respondent Nos.1,2,3,5 & 6, Government of Odisha. He further informs that Mr. Saswata Das has some personal difficulty and is not able to appear today.
