This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2026 on merits and in accordance with law and further, direct the respondent no.3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.1.2026 by Masking or removing petitioner’s name in the Indian Kanoon, within a reasonable time.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice for this Court to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2026 and respondent no.3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.01.2026 by Masking or removing petitioner’s name in the Indian Kanoon, within a reasonable time, for which, the learned

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that sufficient time may be granted to the respondents consider the representation of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2026 and the respondent no.3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.1.2026 by Masking or removing petitioner’s name in the Indian Kanoon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
