This Petition has been filed to direct the 2^nd respondent to de-freeze petitioner’s bank account in Account No. 5981000100000903 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the documents placed on record.

The petitioner is the friend of accused in Crime No.187 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 on the file of the 1^st respondent. According to the 1^st respondent, huge amount has been transferred to the petitioner’s account and now, the investigation is still pending, thereby pleaded to dismiss the petition.

In view of the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that there are huge amount involved in this case and that the investigation is still pending, as such, while pending investigation, the direction sought for in this petition to de-freeze petitioner’s bank account in Account No. 5981000100000903, cannot be considered at this stage.
