This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated

02.06.2026 issued by the 2^nd respondent directing the petitioner to appear for an

enquiry and submit explanation along with necessary documents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on receipt of

the show cause notice, the petitioner submitted an explanation on 05.06.2026.

3.Therefore, the show cause notice issued to the petitioner has been acted

¶25

upon and the petitioner also submitted an explanation. Therefore, the challenge of the show cause notice dated 02.06.2026 does not arise. Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed. However, the respondents are directed to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and other documents and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, and if the petitioner has any grievance over the order to be passed by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, in the manner known to law. It is also made clear that if any adverse order is passed by the respondents as against the petitioner, the respondents are directed to give sufficient time to implement the said order. No costs. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
