31.12.2024, 31.05.2022 & 30.06.2022, respectively. Subsequently, the 14^th / 15th Wage Settlements were entered into between the Management and the Trade Unions on 22.08.2022 / 29.05.2025, respectively, pursuant to which the wages and pension were also revised. Since the petitioners had retired on 31.05.2025, 30.04.2024, 31.12.2024, 31.05.2022 & 30.06.2022, respectively they are entitled to the difference in leave salary and gratuity as per the 14^th / 15^th Wage Settlements. Accordingly, the petitioners submitted a representation seeking interest for the belated payment and difference in gratuity as well as revised pension as per the 14^th / 15th wage settlement. However, the said representation has not been considered so far.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to pay interest at 6 percentage for the belated payment of terminal benefits such as gratuity and earned leave salary and pay the eligible difference in gratuity and pension arrears together with 6 percentage interest as per the 14^th / 15th wage settlements to the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
