JUDGMENT
When the Second Appeal was listed on 18.11.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellants and hence the appeal was posted today i.e., on 23.11.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on the side of the appellants. It is seen from the order sheet that the learned counsel for the appellants has not appeared for the last four occasions. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
