Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MRR.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.N.CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANGIRA, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed vide order dated 21.12.2018, made in Crl.O.P.No.27568 of 2018.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on 21.12.2018, stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Idol Wing officials, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Chennai once in a week i.e. on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.,
until further orders. Non-compliance of this order by the petitioner, if noticed, the earlier bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled automatically. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
