The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to get back the idols of Arulmigu Selliamman, Sri
Periya Mariamman and Sri Chinna Mariamman to its respective peedams at Sri Chelliamman temple at Vellalagundam village permanently for worshipping.
4.It is also the case of the petitioner that there is no threat to the safety and security of the temple since the temple has proper strong room facilities and hence, he seeks appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.
