JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner - Sri.T.K.Ananda Krishnan argued this matter for some time but then sought permission to withdraw this, with liberty being reserved to his client to approach this Court either with a petition seeking review of the judgment in question or to initiate such other appropriate proceedings as may be necessary.
In the afore circumstances, this contempt case is permitted to be withdrawn, with the afore requested liberty being fully reserved to the petitioner.
