JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, the learned Government Pleader - Sri.Jacob E.Simon submitted that an order dated 03.02.2023 has been issued by the respondent in compliance of the directions of this Court and that a copy of the same has been produced along with a memo dated 14.02.2023.
Sri.K.Ramanadhan – learned counsel for the petitioner affirms the afore but requested liberty for his client to challenge this order.
In the afore circumstances, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order issued by the respondent dated 03.02.2023 - for which purpose, all contentions being left open - this contempt case is closed.
