JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, Sri.George Varghese (Perumpallikuttiyil) – learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, pending this lis, the respondent has now issued an order and therefore, that this contempt case is not being pressed.
The learned Government Pleader - Sri.Anil Kumar also affirms the same, adding that the order is in favour of the petitioner.
In the afore circumstances, recording the above, this contempt case is closed.
