JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, Sri.Deepu Thankan - learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that, in full compliance of the directions of this Court, an amount of Rs.2,24,800/- has been transferred to the account of the petitioner. He, however, conceded that no formal orders have been issued on the representation of the petitioner, which was directed to be disposed of; but that he has been heard. He undertook that an order in terms of the directions in the judgment will be issued to the petitioner not later than three weeks from today.
Recording the afore undertaking of Sri.Deepu Thankan, I close this contempt case; however, leaving full liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if no orders are received by him until 20.03.2023.
